Meridian Credit Union Ltd. is a Canadian credit union. It was formed on 1 April 2005 through the merger of Niagara Credit Union and HEPCOE Credit Union. It is insured by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario.
The worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have an appointment with one of the advisors, and she didnt show up. The manager was rude and unprofessional; without any apology, she simply told me there was never an appointment for me. She hasnt had the knowledge of the job she was doing, and she was just repeating herself. They delayed my job for more than a month with the nonsense bureaucracy, and after all, they didnt do that.
It is a shame they hired these unprofessional staff.
