Horrible experience. Careless staff and security guard. I put my name in the waiting list but after waiting 3 hours in the parking lot without any call back from the lab, I found out that they already crossed out my name from the list without any call. No apology, no excuse. The staff said,I dont know who did that. The security guard said,it does not matter at all!!!

Yesterday on Dec....

Yesterday on Dec.24 I called 416-675-3637 and they told me Lab is Open till noon, I took my sick wife to there around 10:45 am, they had locked the door and did not respond or allowed any body In, that is a shame. even on the door there was a printed note that working hour on Dec.24 till noon. I took my wife to another Lab on Major mac And Dufferin. on 250 Harding the Techs and Lab people were inside but did not open the door when we knocked
