Gorgeous arrangements and the owners are so friendly, professional, and delivery is always on time! High quality arrangements with fresh creative arrangements that are catered to whatever I like without hesitation. Horrible Service - Extremely Disspointed

On June 29, 2013 I went to the store all the way from Etobicoke to set a flower arrangement to be delivered on July 2nd after 5 pm Gave the address and 2 phone numbers. July 4th I received and email from my aunt saying that she received the flowers that morning, delivered by a neighbor who lives 2 blocks away from her. I called the flower shop July 4th at 3:15 pm to to speak with the lady that helped me. But the owner wanted to know why I was calling her. Since he is the owner I addressed the issue explaining what happened. He was so rude an and disrespectful yelling at me on the phone that he himself made the delivery to the right address. He said "I made the delivery to the right address, an Asian lady didn't want to receive the flowers so I left them in the hall of the house where there was also a boy around 8 years old" I politely explained again that was the wrong house since we are Spanish and there is no children in the house He kept yelling at me and hung up the phone on a CUSTOMER!!!! He did not want to acknowledge the mistake. The shop FAILED to delivery the arrangement to the house located less than 1 km away from it. I am horrified at how disrespectful they were with a customer who made a purchase at their store. I emailed to both the business card's email and website's email and both dont work.
