After dropping off my vehicle in a Wednesday evening the business could not tell me as of the following Monday what exactly had to be replaced. They claimed to have put 4 hours of labour into it however, no repairs had been completed. They did tell me that it would probably be at least 3 weeks before they could get parts to do a portion of the repair. I decided that this was a long time lapse so I chose to ship it elsewhere. Georgian Automotive charged me $305 and no repairs done. Be the judge!!
I've been taking my car and my truck to Russ for a couple of years now. One of the hardest things to do is to find a great local mechanic who you can trust to tell you the truth and go out of their way to help you. This is that guy. Without reservation, I send anyone I talk to... to Russ.
This shop is very unprofessional. I call in at 12:45pm to have someone dispatched to work on a truck that was broken down on the side of the road. I called back twice with no answer. I finally reached someone at 2:18pm and was told they do not work on vehicles at the side of the road. This put use back almost two hours.
