TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HARDWOOD FLOOR INSTALLED DEC. 2017. INSTALLERS DAMAGED NEW FLOORING ON INSTALLATION (PLUS OTHER DAMAGE DENIED). OWNER WOULD NOT INITIALLY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE. TOOK 2 MONTHS AND SEVERAL VISITS FOR HIM TO SAY HE WOULD REPLACE DAMAGED PIECES.4 MONTHS LATER, PIECES REPLACED. FINISH DIDNT MATCH. A YEAR AFTER THAT, TOTAL REINSTALL (MORE MESS AND WORK FOR ME) STILL ISSUES,GAVE UP ON THEM. POOR FOLLOW UP AND COSTOMER SATISFACTION. NOT RECOMMENDED
Some of the work was quite good. Some of the negatives were:
* The guy who comes to your house to do the pricing, selling and states the full service job they do you won't see again when you have an issue. I asked to see him, didn't happen.
* A few items I was not happy with such as broken spindles on the staircase from the tearout, poorly supported handrail post, trim not painted. Was told they would be back to correct these items but that was it...nothing since.
* Almost had a fall down the stairs when the worker failed to mention that the stair treads were not fastened.
On an overall cost/job basis not bad... but would probably not hire again for new work. Especially when you get the "we'll call in a week or so" and then nothing.
