Dreams really do come true says Morris Shelswell. 1946 marked the end of the second world war and Morris was one of the many young men that entered the business world. Raised on a family farm very near the East Oro location where the company still operates, young Morris took an early liking to tractors. His father had one of the first rubber tired tractors in the area and Morris who never had a love for horses certainly had a love for that new tractor. Morris began doing custom work for other farmers in the area and when he caught sight of a county of Simcoe dozer working on a nearby road he dreamt of owning a dozer himself.
