We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter. We were very impressed with Paul, the facility and the care the dogs received and have been clients since.

I would not trust anyone else with caring for our Tibetan mastiffs well being while we vacation, or when we have a family emergency. Paul and his staff truly love what they do and it shows. They do an outstanding job keeping the kennels and play area germ free and spotless. We love that they post videos of our dogs interacting with the staff and making new doggy friends. Our dogs body launguage says it all that they are totally at ease and happy at Pine Ridge Pet Centre.
We've been beloved dog lovers for years and tried other facilities in the area, now we've found the perfect place for our dogs and their care. We could tell how our dog was cared for, how happy and tired he was. This place provides so much attention to detail for your dog. This place is just the best and well worth cost!
We have been using Pine Ridge since 2004, our first dog when she was with us, went there. We now take our 2nd dog to Pine Ridge. Our dogs were always happy and content and went home tired from the obvious exercise they had. We loved the fact that Pine Ridge is right in the owner's back yard. It is reassuring to know the owner is hands on with our dogs. Again, awesome place for dogs.
