use the delivery service it is fast and I am always happy about the food.
My wife and I have eaten in many restaurants all over Ontario and this restaurant is consistent with the quality of food. May not be the best out there but for the price better than most. The wait staff have always been very respectful and helpful. We will continue to patronize this restaurant when looking to eat out in Orillia.
The Chinese food at this restaurant is truly an intense version of north American Chinese cuisine that lacks flavour and substance. The food was edible but not enjoyable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking for a genuinely good Chinese buffet. For a party size of 2 and paying over $30 for a buffet none the less, I would expect great tasting Chinese food with exceptional service.
Can't say enough good things about Golden Wok. Hot, fresh food that never disappoints. They even have a salad bar with shrimp and fresh fruit, and great ice cream and sweet treats. It's our go-to place anytime we're in Orillia. Dining area is clean and bright and it's obvious this is the locals' favourite!
This is the best chinese food buffet in the area. We always go here when we're craving chinese food. I really enjoy the lo mein and the lemon chicken. The restaurant owners are always very kind and efficient.
We've never actually eaten in the restaurant, but for that once or twice a year that we get Chinese food, Golden Wok does the trick. It is definitely Canadian Chinese food and not authentic Chinese, but for what it is, and for what most people think of as Chinese food in Canada, it's good. I've always found them to be quick and the food is hot.
food is always great, if it is not they will make it perfect. Staff are always freindly. one night we came in as the buffet closed last people there so we ordered off the menu food was soo good, the family that owns the resturant was all sitting down to eat, we where encouraged to join them, it made it a better experiance.
Food always fresh, hot and ready to go. Good selection, good quality food and really good service. Woudl recommend to anyone looking for Chinese and a buffet. We have alsohad their food as take out and it has always been good as well.
Take-out - I order without MSG. All this makes 3 meals for us. food is very good. Staff is excellent! recommend to anyone.

I have eaten at the Golden Wok numerous times and out of the Chinese cuisine restaurants in the Orillia area, I return to it time and time again. The food is always good, especially the lemon chicken and the establishment is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work.
