Why are places like this allowed to operate? I was given an eye referral as surgery was required. I could not get to the Vaughan location they sent me. I called for an alternative location was told take it to any eye clinic. Wrong months later I am still trying to get into Any clinic to do the required procedure. Not one eye clinic would take the referral that was written and all insisted another eye exam take place by their own doctor again at additional cost. Take your business elsewhere.

I had the pleasure to meet the sales associate Huda who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her customer service skills were exceptional. I would definetly go back!

Pathetically conceited staff.

Absolutely ridiculous staff. Go in with an OW voucher that covers transitionals, got told no transitionals. Go pick up my glasses that my optometrist said was only necessary for when my eyes are tired due to the weakness of the prescription other than transitionals for outside, get told by the RECEPTIONIST at city optical that because I have astigmatism, which I not only knew, but addressed with my optometrist, I MUST wear my glasses ALL THE TIME and that my optometrist is wrong. Pathetic.

Store has a variety of styles and price range. The girl working there was very helpful in finding the look I wanted.
