True North Imaging Newmarket Women'S Imaging

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at any medical facility... had to visit there many times in relation to fertility treatment and would dread every visit. The ultrasound tech is the most crude woman you will ever meet so rude and insensitive very unprofessional. Hope I never have to return!

Wish I could he no stars!! Horrible times for OB appointments. The "girls" don't like to work beyond 4pm. Getting an appointment takes weeks and the latest they will take you is at 2:30. Do they not realize people have to work? Got an appointment at another clinic the next business day at a much better time. If you have to have an OB ultrasound done, don't go there unless you can be on their time that is convenient for them

The technian has ...

The technian has terrible bedside manners. Very cold and makes you feel like she is doing you a favour. I was going to other imaging clinic where they were very understanding and caring, but I have to switch because the other clinic was kind of far for me. The technician at True North should be more caring and understanding, trying to get pregnant is a very hard and emotional journey, but she treats you like an object without any compassion.

Amazing Experience

This is by far the best Ultrasound facility in Newmarket. The place is very clean, Very friendly receptionist, thorough and kind technician. My only complaint is that they are booked up a month ahead. But honestly, for such great service, its worth the wait.

I went to this ultrasound facility because my gyn strongly recommended it! I must say this place is great! I was taken in right at my appointment time and the lady that did my ultrasound is very sweet and accommodating!

Constant changes ...

Constant changes to appointments made us wonder what's the purpose of making them in the first place. The husbands are not allowed to accompany the wife during examinations where all other centres including hospitals allow this.
