AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE "OUT OF SERVICE" ON YOUR NEW MACHINES FOR MONTHS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIX IT AND THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT THEY WILL COME HOWEVER THEY NEVER COME. THE PROBLEM IS NEVER RESOLVED, ALSO THE ANGELA GIRL ON THE PHONE NEVER LISTENS SHE ALWAYS SAY STUFF THAT THEY'RE GONNA COME HOWEVER THEY NEVER COME I'VE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND THEY CAN'T FIX THE SAME PROBLEM AND OVER THE YEAR I HAVE BEEN CALLING PROBABLY OVER 50 TIMES. NEVER FIXED!!!!

I actually want to give zero stars but I don't think I can do that so I gave one star. Customer service is absolutely horrible, they tell you that they'll call back, they never call back i waited two days for them to talk to their parts department and never got a phone so I had to call back. Also takes forever for them to get parts I'm still waiting for a part, and its been almost 6 months.

The most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Our company phoned on a Monday for a service call. Thursday, after numerous promises of service, they came and that was only because we threatened to use another service. The receptionist blatantly refuses to call you to notify that there is a delay even after promises to do so. I strongly urge people to avoid this company. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit.
