Tried to exchange a hat. Told to find another one. Zero selection. Joined line again. Told that their may be others in another part of store and that she would get someone to help me. No help ever arrived. Joined line for the third time. Given gift receipt. I explained that there were no other hats to buy. Manager told me that’s all we have. I explained that I can’t spend the gift receipt as there is nothing that I would like to buy. He explained that it’s policy. Terrible experience!
