I only give one star because Susan was a nice person. But from start to finish it was a logistical nightmare. Took over 3 months to get a confirmed booking (after numerous cancellations). Once the vehicle was ready they did not complete the work as agreed upon (they said they didnt have the time), paint did not match and items were still missing from the claim (may) It is not Nov and I was expecting a call from the supervisor about a toneau cover, one week later still no answer.Poorly ran shop
