My experience

I ordered flowers to be delivered for an approximate time, flowers never came at all. I called several hours later that eve, they were closed so I left a message explaining my dissatisfaction and how this ruined a surprise. An hour later they showed up with poor excuses. I found them very expensive for the poor quality you get. If you order flowers in an arrangement, make sure you water them right away because they deliver them dry. They dont tell you and I wondered why they died so fast until I realized. Other places take the time to water the sponge at the bottom at least. This is just my experience.
