Apparently it’s ok to pay for a service and have the worker come in and damage multiple areas. Doorway, walls and stairs!! Oh and leave the heads of 2 of the nails up out of the trim enough to ripe your foot open. Then my husband says something about it and he gets told oh well it happens. I have never in my life have heard that. No rebate offered or damage fix. Better Business Bureau needs to be notified. I highly recommend to go elsewhere

Worked with Shane for years as he did my flooring in Paris Ontario 80 unit apartment complex. Shane and the people in office and flooring installers were always great to deal with always on time to arrive, always great work and products, and more than fair pricing. We are now in Fergus Ontario at another apartment complex of 180 units and Shane and Ricks great Flooring will be my go to flooring company.
