Hot Cold And Freezing

Fixed my ac for under $200, after another local company quoted $800 + freon and suggested I buy new. Still working great two years later.

Hot Cold Freezing installed a new air conditioner at our home 5 yrs ago. It stopped working so we called. Left a message. No call back. We called again. Left a message. No call back. We called again. Left a message. No call back. I get it, we are in the middle of a heat wave. But NO reply at all??? We called Enbridge who installed a brand new unit the next day. Maybe not the best price around but their service & product support is fantastic! So much for trying to supporting local businesses.

Always pleasant always reliable

Dennis is a really good man who is very honest and loyal. He has been helping my family for years and always has saved us time and money. His staff are neat,c tidy and do a great job. We recommend him in all your HVAC needs.

the most dishonest and corrupt company I ever did business with. Sent unqualified people out for a service call for refrigeration, filled a leaking refrigeration system without repairing, and then billed me for their mistakes. Never again

We had our furnace switched from oil to propane, and also added a huge propane fireplace. They were prompt, and professional. They take extreme pride in going above and beyond, to offer the best work, at a great price. You know its going to be done properly, and not slapped together when Hot, Cold, and Freezing does the work. Ive been hiring contractors for years, and cannot say the same for all of them. Highly recommended.

Wate of time and money

Called Dennis to check the unit as it did not generate any heat , he changed the heating element and charge 3.5 hours of labor , total cost $450 , had no choice to pay , no initial estimate , so decided to call other business to see what would they charge the coil was $100 plus one hour of labor , total would have been less then $200, Advise to residents of 1600 Adelaide st check others first , save money
