I submitted an elevator request to Jenny, and she responded to my request promptly, pointing out the day requested was a stat holiday which I forgot. When I returned to her with a new date, I got a respond in 5-minute. Amazing!!! Thank you again, Jenny!
Avoid at all cost...terrible attitude.
Hired a roofing company and took no responsibility for all the problems. Their response was always “we’ve called the consultant”. A large part of the roof fell as we were placing our dogs outside almost crushed themed. Two of the workers yelled at my fiancé. I returned home to see what was going on the worker then yelled at me and made fun of me being gay. Our condo managements answer to everything “I called the consultant”. Don’t expect any help from this company.
Horrible customer service!! Property manager for Brantford condos never picks up calls as she is always in these so called meetings. If you email her you will be lucky to get a one sentenced answer from her and thats if she even emails you back. VERY disappointed with the corporation.
The Cambridge office is no better. Our dryer at 7 Ajax st has been broken for 3 months now and still no word when it’s going to get fixed. We pay a rediculous amount for condo fees here for what we get and they can’t even keep things we have running. And I’m sure they’ll just ask for more money like they do every year to fix it. Threatening us with leins if we don’t pay. These people are the worst. Never again will I move to a condo with Wilson Blanchard as the management team.
The Hamilton office is horrible. One property manager in particular does not care if you rent, she only wants to speak to you if you are an owner. She also likes to start rumours about tenants, trying to blame them for problems we had so that the owner doesnt have to deal with it. Based on how many property managers our building in Burlington has gone through its no wonder they are all incompetent and horrendous to deal with.
I have read other reviews, and I agree with them all. I am in a small condo development managed by them. Complaints are myriad. Poor or no responses the questions or problems. Sarcastic replies when replies are made. Processing a Lien on a $500,000 property for a bill which was incorrect in the first instance and under $100 , after one letter enclosing the bill...hiring less than competent workers, bullying order single ladies by telling them they have no choice.
Very unprofessional - they hire people that know nothing about construction, etc. We have had 4 in the last 5 years. The one we have now is good on office work, but no knowledge of construction, etc. She also puts in false information into the Minutes - which she should not be writing. Very unacceptable Management.
Avoid any property managed by Wilson Blanchard at all costs. Long story short - they forced me to pay $2,000 when I involuntarily missed 3 months of condo fee payments. When I first moved to into my unit in Kitchener, ON, I provided postdated cheques which I didn’t realize had ran out and no one contacted me about it. I had to travel for work recently and when I came back, they had taken the matter to lawyers who threaten to take my place away if I didn’t pay $2,000 in fees. What a joke.
Our condo has gone through many managers provided by Wilson Blanchard as they seem to be incompetent. The quality of managers they provide is stunning. The most recent incident had the manager tell a unit owner to “get out of my BLEEPing office and stop wasting my time” after the manager refused to take responsibility for property damage she caused. After getting in touch with head office, they did nothing as they seem to condone such behavior. Do a quick google search and judge for yourself
I am an owner in one of their managed condos. There was an incident. .. water damage. Wilson Blanchard just took it upon themselves to make some repairs without my involvement and then send me a 1.5k bill. Now I can't go through insurance. So very mishandled. Furthermore, they are really rude. They just don't know their business at all. There are better companies out there... run from this one.
