ALL DAY BREAKFAST menu, no breakfast!!! They only opened 3hrs ago. Ordered a combo, rice HARD, lumpia no taste. Pancit nothing special, my daughter likes the adobo. No courtesy sabaw, $1 charge...no sinigang/nilaga Sauce bottles, almost empty and dirty.

Decent

I've been twice and tried a few different vegetarian peices and both times it was quite good for the price. Everything I've had tasted and looked fresh, I've never experienced anything unsatisfactory like the review below but then again I didn't order any fish. I think its a good one, but not my favorite sushi place.

Disgusting, never eating here again

I have signed up for this website just to write this review because I was so disgusted by the food I got from Sushi to go. I don't even know where to start. The fish had a really bad smell and was obviously old. The avocado was not prepared properly and had turned a gross brown colour all throughout. The crispy bits were stale. On top of all this, the man working there was so cheap that he refused to give me a second soy sauce when I asked for one on the basis that "I didn't need that much"!

Delicious sushi

Nice restaurant. I have been there three times. The food is delicious, fresh, and nice. I just love this place. The food is amazing. They made the best Sushi in town. Especially, I love the house special bento box. It has everything in it. Different flavor with same good quality.

Very Disappointing. I ate here several times after they first opened last year and it was actually quite good. I ate there again a month ago and something has happened since then, resulting in a serious drop in the quality of food and service at this place. To start, they were (and may still be) advertising on a banner outside their restaurant an all you can eat lunch for $10.99. When I went to pay the last time i went we were charged $12.99 for that lunch. We ordered maki rolls to start. These rolls had about a quarter the amount of fish they used to have, and packed full of rice. I ordered kimchi was well, which I have ordered here in the past and was good. This time, it was disgustingly bitter and inedible. I also ordered some beef teriyaki and fortunately that was not too bad. However the rest of the meal ruined it for me. And to finish off being charged more than the advertised price for this lunch, it's very unlikely I will ever eat here again.

Simply awful

I wonder whether the other reviews were written by the owners themselves as the only reason why I went there in the first place was because it received such favorable reviews on this site. This is the worst sushi I have ever had in my life and I eat at sushi restaurants on a weekly basis. Where to begin, there was very little fish in the rolls (i.e. packed with a ton of rice), the beef AND chicken were pure fat, and the tempura and edamame tasted off. I had bad nausea after this meal. It was disgusting to say the least. AVOID SUSHI TO GO AT ALL COSTS!

GREAT food ! nice staff !

A Great choice for downtown sushi ! Me and a friend went there for dinner and had a delicious meal !! We went for Dinner and they were nice enough to only charge my friend the "Lunch" special price because she is a vegetarian. I however LOVED the well made sushi/sashimi choices. The only thing I would change about the place are their chairs (stools) I think senior citizens would have a hard time with them. a bonus for families is that it has NO liquor license yet. (no rowdies)

Fresh sushi

Food: Delicious, fresh sushi. Made with care. We ordered take out and really enjoyed it! Service: Great! Quick and very friendly. Atmosphere: Sparsely decorated. Not somewhere I'd bring someone I was trying to impress, but clean and adequate. Overall: Affordable and tasty. I was happy with our order. I recommend it!

Food was really good, especial the California rolls, they are probably the best I've ever eaten. Food is all freshly prepared in front of you. Service is really good, the girl that usually works there is polite and helpful, eager to help you out if your not familiar with handling the sushi and whatnot. Atmosphere is quite and relaxing and the building is neat and tidy.
