Welcome to the Church Lane Practice. We are a large modern surgery with a wide range of expertise and services but we take particular pride in our friendly, accessible, patient-orientated approach. The Church Lane Practice is open between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, and our reception staff are available throughout our opening hours either in person at reception or through our telephone system.
