Beyond incompetent and useless. Asked my DR to fax the req form for bloodwork to this location. You cannot get these people on the phone to confirm if they rec'd it. Confirmed with my DR that they did indeed fax it (with fax confirmation receipt) however "the lab never received it" These people are beyond incompetent and unprofessional. Go to another location. You'll thank yourself.
