We have used bay of quinte movers multiple times and were very happy with the service. All the employees were very friendly and did a great job. One move we had a storage unit and two houses to empty and they worked till 10pm without any complaints.
We are moving again in a couple months and have already booked them for our move!
My movers were an hour late and in an obvious rush to deliver my personal belongings from one home to another. Which coincidently was a very short journey across the bridge. Not only were my belongings crammed into the elevator to quicken the move but the weight that was put into the elevator far exceeded the maximum, in turn pushing the elevator off the wheels and having it breakdown. not only did i wait an extra 45min to have my move finished but i received an invoice of $296.32 for services rendered to fix the elevator. Lets make a long story short, I paid $400 for my move across the bridge, the mover was generous enough to throw $200 back to office management for the elevator which shows and admission of wrong doing; however upon final invoice of leftover money owed this company refuses to pay the remainder and will not return my calls to do so. No im not satisfied i paid good money to have late service with my personals thrown around and I get nabbed for a bill on top of it
