We had a thumping noise in our RAV 4 while driving for a long weekend away. We pulled into Clarke’s because it was nearby. They helped us quickly, figured out the problem (a loose heat shield), fixed it, and didn’t even charge us for the trouble! Thank you so much- it would have been pretty anxiety provoking to drive the whole weekend with this mystery thumping. Much appreciated- we wouldn’t hesitate to go back!
Purchased premium gas for lawnmower. Mower would not run on fuel, drained and filled with gas from another station ran fine. Reported to owner and was ignored for a week. Did not get anywhere with employees or owner in a way of a refund. I do not recommend buying fuel for small engines from this location. Buyer beware. Very rude customer service.
