Teachers are stuck in contracts as horrible as the parents-threatened to be reported to OCT if they quit, and must sign that they will not apply for another teaching job for a year. With the teaching job market in ON, we worried about needing a reference so we stayed, only to be bullied for an entire year. I left crying daily after being yelled at in front of my class, or bc my heart broke for the kids that I couldn't help. We feared reporting them-with only 3 staff it would be obvious.
This place is awful! Students and staff are treated extremely poorly by the husband and wife team. Almost complete turn over of staff tells you something when there are no teaching jobs available!
