EccoClean Snow Removal

Avoid - we paid in full and they don’t come and clean our driveway. They prey upon seniors. They are only in it to take your money and don’t deliver any service. We had a horrible experience with them. Don’t sign a contract unless you want to throw your money away. AVOID

Avoid! Signed the contract and paid in full back in November. No snow until January so they are ahead of the game. Two snowfalls resulting in late and substandard cleaning and then on only the 3rd snow of the winter they declare with no warning they are out of business and will not be doing any more snow removals!! Some vague message on their phone number about no machinery or manpower and that they are looking into refunds. I’ll believe that when I see it!

The owner was very responsive during our initial discussions. All changed after we paid $425. He did not respond to repeated telephone calls, emails or text messages. Clean-up (after more than one storm) did not happen. I will be looking for a new service provider this season.

Think hundred times before calling this guy

Me along with two other neighbors hired this person named KWASI. very sweet talker. Not only he promised to shovel on time but also asked us to call when the city truck dump snow on our curbs.He never salted the sidewalks.March 1st 2016 when we had the snow storm all the three families from the same street kept calling him and texted.He didn't care to answer nor he turned up..Paid $425.

Bad service repea...

Bad service repeatedly! . The one big storm we had this winter and they don't show up! Doesn't respond to texts! Had to miss work b'cos I depended on them! Even before, a couple of times, they promised to come and clean and didn't show up! They charged me already, so I can't do anything now except to post an honest opinion and experience!
