I was lied to about the 6% commission being average in Muskoka by agent. It’s actually 5%. Our listing was rushed through online prior to approval needing many corrections from me as the realtors didn’t bother asking these questions prior to posting; corrections needed to be done on the fly while online. They refused 4x to increase asking price prior to posting. The owner of the firm refused to take down listing. Stay away unless you like increased stress in your life or less $ in your pocket.
