I was scammed by Outdoor Fabrics about a year ago, lost just over $120. Well, I just discovered Angel has started a new website to escape all the bad reviews and continue scamming called Outdoor Fabrics Plus. Be aware and let others know, I know I will. Sammysails

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This places customer service is terrible, they do not respond to emails, their phone number is disconnected and they automatically accept payment. I submitted 5 different inquiries about my order without ANY sort of communication back. It took almost 2 months to get an email from Canada Post (because I hooked up my info to their system) to say that my package was picked up. Note to owner get an email, get a phone and give some god damned customer service.

I ordered online. Paid by interact transfer. It has only been a week now...but not getting any response and the company did accept my interac transfer. somebody is there, but it seems like the doors are not open. My advice is not do business with this company.

Business defunct

I placed an order in July, 2017. Nothing arrived. Their phone number is no longer in service. I think it's safe to say they are no longer in business.

I placed an order with this company a few years ago and it was fine. My most recent order has not arrived and it has been almost 2 months. The company will not respond to emails and doesn't have a phone number to call.

I have been waiting over a month for my order and nearly two weeks for a reply, writing three out of their four departments eventually has made no difference. My first four orders were just fine.
