Probably the best most knowledgeable staff it’s family owned and operated the young lady Paula knows more than 95% of people I know (yes that’s men included) always goes above and beyond. will be a life time return customer 100%. Only negative people on here are sucks who didn’t get their way and seem to forget that buisnesses do not need to take in your used junk! Best recommendation is to go in and see how awesome they are for yourself don’t leave it up to keyboard warriors to decide

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I’m 59 years old and in a lifetime of being a consumer I feel Bray’s Trailer was my overall worst experience. It was my first time buying an expensive enclosed trailer and looked to them for their expertise. I feel they sold me what they had in stock and not what I needed and was generally mislead. I tried to trade it back to them offering to buy another expensive trailer from them and they refused to take it back

Terrible service! They are not willing to stand behind the product they sell. From the moment I purchased my trailer there has been on going issues and they have continued for 3 years. I've paid money despite the warranty to have my trailor fixed but it was not fixed. Not to mention constantly calling them, as nothing was followed up. When communication occurred, they were rude and not interested in rectifying or finding a solution. If you are looking for a trailer go somewhere else.
