Blinds To Go

Very poor quality and after sale customer service..... I bought motorised patio door blinds and Motors are too loud that on my first floor room in opposite corner can feel that it is operating. Technician came 3-4 times but nothing changed. I am used to it now with no Choice left. But today morning it just came off from clamp and hanged on one end while opening. I can't believe it is weeks after we had the wrong hardware shipped with our prepaid $600.00 order and the "corp. customer service hasn't addressed the issue. The response from the Barrie store was "just go out and buy the proper hardware". We live 81 km from the store. Not impressed!!!
