I have been going to Hamilton orthotics for years . I have had nothing but exemplary care. My orthotics fit perfectly and I love them. The staff are very knowledgeable,friendly and eager to help

Ive tried quite a few orthotics places and find these ones the best. The scan provides an accurate measurement of your foot compared to stepping in the foam boxes which I found were awful. Compression socks helped me out large as well. Staff are friendly and well informed.

I paid 65.00 for a appointment scheduled for 4:00pm and waited for over 40 minutes before I was seen by a chiropodist. He spent all of 5 minutes with me at best then sent some other employee to take a scan of my foot and was handed a shoe catalog and asked to pick a shoe. I had to return the following day because I wasted and hour and a half of my time and didn't receive anything for $65. They gave me a quote for $815.00. I wouldn't let them polish my shoes let alone any input on my orthotics.

Disgusted at the service, or lack of, that I received. When asking the MANAGER questions about how their orthotics worked I was given nothing but attitude. The entire time I felt although my questions were nothing but an inconvenience. As a customer, I've never been treated so poorly. Would highly suggest you save yourself the time and trouble that they put us through and consider using the Stoney Creek location instead.
