    went to get my skirt altered for the waist and some tapering. overall very satisfied and great customer service

    I took them 2 ready-made pocket panel drapes. Requirement was to reduce the width of both panels and cut and hem the bottoms. In error, they cut the top off the one panel, and tried (unsuccessfully) to recreate it. The two rod enclosures ended up to be different widths, one was sewn shut on one end (not allowing for a rod to even go through it) and one panel was 1.5 inches longer than the other panel.
