I went back to Lowe’s Kenaston to purchase some outdoor chairs I saw the store had on line. I went to the department and couldn’t find them so I asked the sales person who told me they were out of stock. I showed him my phone and provided the sku... low and behold he miraculously found them! Got to the checkout and they were the wrong price. I showed my phone with the sale price to the cashier who had to find a manager to get it corrected. She was grumpy and wouldn’t uphold the scanner price.
I went to the store today to look for few different things. Each time asked for help, Staffs there were very friendly, they even walked through the aisle with me and pointed out the items that I'm looking for, I do appreciate very much.
Tomorrow I will be going back for the 7th time to try and get a decking material order correct. Reviewing my receipt tonight and trying 3 attempts earlier today, order is still wrong. Not only wrong items but the wrong length/prices. Although staff are friendly and cooperative they lack knowledge in correcting issues. More training needed.
I called searching for a tool. I was put on hold and then hung up on. I drove down and found the tool, a dewalt cordless vacuum for 250$. It seemed expensive so I called a competitor. I bought the same tool for 115$. This was the second chance I gave them after experiencing poor customer service.
I tried calling all day today with no success at reaching any department or operator. I just wanted to know the time of my delivery. I even tried different departments and not one answered there phones. Let the phone ring until it went to a busy signal. Not very happy with Lowe’s not good customer service after I spent 1400. Yesterday
