Welcome to the Ouisi Bistro, Vancouver's original New Orleans restaurant. For over 16 years The Ouisi Bistro has been proudly serving authentic Cajun-Creole cuisine. The restaurant is located in South Granville and is a great pre-theatre or post shopping meeting place. The dishes are rustic and down home comfort food with creative twists. By emphasising local ingredients and traditional southern fare the Ouisi offers the flavours and excitement of New Orleans, presented without pretension in a warm, engaging atmosphere. Try the Ale Marinated Chicken and Hot Smoked Duck Sausage Gumbo.     Best Restaurant Ever

    This is my favourite restaurant. period. I don't get the chance to travel to Vancouver much but we've debated flying in just for dinner at Ouisi. There isn't a thing on the menu you should not order. Great portion sizes, great flavours - I crave them while back home in Ontario.
