Inadequate service - advice was not knowledgeable

I found one of the tellers to be very snippy. She made a huge mistake on my account and did not take responsibility for the error. She told me I should have looked at her computer before I left. She also had very long nails which I believe were more important to her than my business. Wont be dealing with them.

I was so impressed with the service Mr Amaad and Jen gave me at the bank.They were truly wonderful.It was the most difficult time of my life.They both made it so simple and enjoyable.Because of them I am able to do online banking. Thank you guys These two individuals work at panorama at surrey branch.

BAD SERVICE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE, THEY NEVER RETURN MESSAGES, THEY NEVER DO ANYTHING THEY SAID THEY DO.
