I have been dealing with Art Knapp South Surrey for over 15 years. Spent thousands on plants, trees, toys, clothes, hot tub and smoker. The team at Art Knapp are awesome. Always willing to help, product experts on staff and overall good value. You can shop around a try to find things cheaper but the expertise and quality of service here is second to none. Of particular note is the hot tub team lead by Ken Grant. I bought my hot tub there 8 years ago and still enjoy it multiple times a week.

I needed a hot tub cover just before Christmas and checked around. Everybody else was 2-3 weeks. I went Art Knapp's and they had it in stock! Although more expensive, the quality and warranty were superior to the others that I had checked with. We ended up buying a hot tub sun/rain umbrella too, which is just awesome. The next day, I accidentally broke the waterfall feature. I called them, and Will, the service guy, came right away. Good people- good service. I highly recommend!
