Me & my motorhome needed to be towed to CF due to a coolant leaking. Arriving on the Friday night of the family day wkend, CF had all day to have a look at it, but left it until the afternoon of the Tuesday, leaving me there for 4 nights with temperatures as low as almost -30. I know they were flooded with work from the heavy snow, but even after that and installing a new radiator, costing approx $700 total with labor, the problem was not fixed, leading to engine damage after I lost coolant.
We were on our way back home to Socal when we had trouble with our VW Vanagon. Broke down about 16 miles outside of town late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I called CF and spoke to Jamie. He offered to come in on Sunday morning to work on our problem....when I expressed our thanks and gratitude his response was "well we're Canadians we help each other out". Too bad I don't live here as I feel I would have a mechanic for life...what service!!!
