Now, with Wally’s Burger and Bistro, they’ve built on their years of experience and cultivated a dedicated following in Sherwood Park. When it comes to competing with eateries in the area, you need to bring your A-game. “There are over 200 restaurants in Sherwood Park,” says Rayda. “Every day, a new restaurant pops up; it’s very competitive.” The secret to success? An unrelenting stand for quality and taste. “If we don’t eat it, we don’t serve it,” says Rayda.
