Went on Jan 5 for super. Had baby with me, they stuck is right by door near draft. The table wasn't clean. Appetizers came but no cutlery. Food was about hour late and disgusting. Manager is creepy and hovers.
Horrible customer service. Was rudely interrupted on the phone asking a simple question. Very unprofessional and therefore I will NOT be going there ever again and will be encouraging my friends and family to do the same.
The waiter got the order wrong, He immediately appoligized and rectified the situation. Three Other staff also came over to appoligize and gave us a 20.00 gift Certificate. It was honorable of that waiter to immediately admit it was his fault. The food was Excellent and service was also.
Really looking forward to a birthday meal here. Took 45 min to seat us even after calling ahead per manager. Food took 1h after ordering. Server took our orders wrong, didnt check in on us at all. Not pleased will not return anytime soon.
