Something tells me they don't care to improve - so I won't bother!
I went in to look for two specific items which they didnt have. So I left the store. On my way out I was followed by their lpo (secret shopper) to my vehicle. He took a picture of my license plate for no apparent reason and when asked why he said "because I can do what I want" and laughed. I went back in to talk to a manager and she refused to speak to me or give me any information. These people are rude, ignorant and racially motivated to seek out those of a visible minority.
Terrible service in the London drugs photo lab LAST YEAR, we ordered tshirts. Just within the last month, they have messaged my boyfriend to let him know they are ready! Not only was last Christmas ruined, but they expect us to pay for tshirts that we're ordered over a year ago! The product was never received because they messed up!
This London Drugs location just simply can not seem to get it together. The pharmacy area is beyond disgusting. They regularly miss filling someone's prescriptions, and that person ends up waiting all day just to get attitude from the staff behind the pharmacy desk. Catherine in particular, a so called pharmacist, can not seem to get her requested prescription refills together, and then the attitude and arrogance that stems from this employee truly reflects very very badly on London Drugs as a whole. She has repeatedly done this, and yet seems to think the customer has not anything better to do with their time then wait on her. Then at the end of the day, she fills all the prescriptions on file, not just the ones which were originally requested to be refilled and gets arrogant when the customer becomes upset. London Drugs, this location especially, does not seem to feel that all of their customers have the same color of money and are exceptionally rude considering what some of their customers truly spend in their store on a monthly basis, between prescription refills and other necessities. But they forget that not all stores are that way, and some of them seem to like the color of everyones monies.
With the exception of the Pharmasist, Jason, this location has the absolutely worst service in any way, then any other London Drugs location in Edmonton. Their customer service desk has the most useless possible employees, who are so busy not wanting to work on any level, that they are unwilling to do the most basic of customer service. I am legally blind, which I did not announce at each telephone transfer, starting initially from the customer service desk, to a couple of useless transfers from employee to employee within that same location, and I did not announce that fact because at no point should it have mattered. I was not able to receive the EXACT address to the request of the London Drugs at Jasper Gates location, by anyone in this store. How is that possible? I was not even provided with their telephone number, nor any other single speck of information. The manager Kim, is so busy being snotty to any customer or staff that requires her assistance for any reason, that you may as well just not ask a single thing to anyone except Jason the Pharmasist. This location sucks hugely on every single customer service point. If I could rate this location a minus value, trust me, I most certainly would have. As this is my closest location to my home, I spend bucket loads of my money there every single month ever since I moved into this area 11 years ago. I have no choice currently, due to my vision issues. I have 16 prescriptions currently, and my options are extremely limited for a few concrete reasons. But if I could, I would never EVER step into this location again.
