Cafe Bicyclette

There are some small moments which impact our future in unpredictable and huge ways. Like baking in the kitchen with family or stepping into a classroom to teach students for the first time. These are two very distinct events in the lives of Amy Nachtigall and Alysha Couture, both of which led them to the kitchen of a cozy little place located within the La Cite Francophone building of the French Quartier: Café Bicyclette.

The café has become known amongst residents of the Bonnie Doon and French Quartier as a welcoming and intimate place to sit and relax amongst friends and family. The food here has a large part to play in this coming together of the community.
