Very pleased with service. Right from when I called first thing in morning till they came and replaced my sump. All in one happy day. Everyone courteous and understanding.
The company is a Joke. Sure they have nice products but you can go elsewhere to get that, sure the staff is knowledgeable maybe even friendly but honest and trustworthy, not a chance. ie: called for a service call in Sept.2013, said they where too busy, will put me on a waiting list. Dec. rolls around , get a call asking me if I still required service, I respond with yes. Now half of 2014 is gone and still nothing. Just another typical company with broken promises. Customer Service= Non Existent
While we are not sure about the entire context of your complaint, we fully acknowledge that we have been unable to handle some of the service calls in a timely manner over the past year. We do have an ongoing list of ‘non-urgent’ calls and normally we find breaks in our schedule to fit these types of calls in, but that just hasn't happened for some time. It was never our intention to make you feel like you were being ignored. We should have done a better job communicating with you. We hope there will be another opportunity in the near future to serve you.

Plympton Plumbing is the best of it's service in the area. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, honest and trustworthy. I'll go there every time.
