Wiped out in the ditch Caa took 25 minutes to answer... and another 10 - 15 to find me.. After they then quoted 1hr 19min! 2 hours in the ditch :O. Elite updated with a 30 minute response time & responded in about 22! I'm sure it's not always like this, and I'm sure Noone likes their car impounded! Lol. But this is the second time dealing with and I'm satisfied! :)

Terrible service, disastrous lot

This place should not be in business at all! What a disaster. It's almost impossible to get your vehicle released. Unprofessional service and horrible attitudes. All they want is your money. All police services should avoid use of this company.

Worst experience ever! Made my car super dirty and even made a scratch, parked outside and charged me 100$ a day.

Had to give one star because it doesn't let you give a negative star reading. Worst experience with a tow company and tow yard of my life the amount of unprofessional was unreal I felt like I was on a hidden camera show I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy I have canceled my caa because of this joke of a towing company. Keep up the horrible work guys cause your good at it.
