We have had Prime do electrical work rewiring our basement after the “big flood”, fixing the mistakes of a previous electrician. Installing lights, security cams, etc.. Nelson is awesome, and all the workers are always great! Clean, reliable, and most importantly, CORRECTLY done!

The service was excellent, from reception through install. They were fast, efficient and were more than accommodating to my last minute request. They even went back to get me additional information I required from the service call. Would happy recommend them to EVERYONE!

Abysmal customer service. Called on a Thursday morning and left a message regarding having some work done. Not a response for the rest of day or on the Friday. Called back on Monday and spoke to someone and was told an electrician would get back to me. Not a peep. Now Tuesday mid morning and still nothing. If this is the way they treat potential clients I don’t have much faith in the quality of service I would receive.
