    ABSOLUTELY RUINED MY POOL, the liner and skim are all messed up

    Hi there! Thanks for the review. Unfortunately we can’t help you if you don’t give us any information. As far as I know we have no issues with any liner or skimmer we’ve installed so you could try to call the store to explain your situation and if there’s an issue we would be happy to help you out.

    Very bad service, They put new liner for me and after one year they don’t know you , I had a leak and they said I have a lot of rain in the area And they aren’t responsible it’s my problems

    Hi g5gh0764, unfortunately, without knowing who you are I cannot fully help as I do not know all the details. However, I don't understand what a lot of water in the area and a leak have anything to do with eachother so we seem to be missing some info. Do you have a hole in your liner? Typically if a customer is losing water after a liner install we send a diver out and if it is a seam separation the manufacturer provides warranty and would repalce the liner. Please feel free to call for help.
