When our technician arrives at your home for a plumbing or heating diagnosis and repair, we will not leave until the problem is fixed and you are 100% satisfied. If you are not fully satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund your money. If our technicians smoke or swear in your home, do not wear shoe covers or leave your house without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service.     Our central air is less than 2 years old and already not working. We have been waiting over a month for a replacement part in 80+F temperatures. They have no provided any help to accommodate us due to the delay. Do not do any business with them. They will only take your sale and not provide any assistance if anything goes wrong.

    Today we finally found a truly honest,and reputable company that we can rely on when it comes to plumbing and heating. They serviced our furnace quicker than we anticipated and could not believe how straight forward, friendly and helpful their workers are. It was refreshing to encounter such service that was not only efficient but trustworthy. We will definitely be highly recommending ideal plumbing to all family and friends.     Needed to get a B...

    Needed to get a Back Flow Valve installed. Was upset that it had to be put under my dryer and a new ceramic floor had to be ripped up but these guys put it in, cleaned it up and even put my washer and dryer back where they went as if nothing had ever been touched. Will definitely use them again if I need a plumber, etc

    Thanks for your review. Since starting in the plumbing industry we have always personally answered the phone during and after business hours. We understand a plumbing emergency never happens at an Ideal time, that's why we will always try to be there to answer the phone live and send a technician out immediately. Another advantage of answering the phones personally after hours is I can sometimes help homeowners solve their issue themselves. There are many 'weekend worriers' out there repairing their own problems and sometimes just need a little bit of advice. I'm glad we could help.
