These guys were the highest estimate of 3, but went with them cuz of their 24 hour service and decent referral from a friend. Get new furnace. 1 month after warranty, water pump breaks. Floods furnace room. Dylan comes. Says "ya, those pumps are not very good. Installs a new, better one. Says no charge. Gives bill stating that. Then i find out I AM BILLED! So, why does J&S install crappy pumps? What else will break down on my furnace? Will let all my clients and family/friends know. A disgrace.
No air and it was Canada day weekend during a very bad heatwave. I called J&S not really thinking anyone would get back to me until after the holiday. Was pleasantly surprised when Ryan called me back and although he had a lot of calls he would get me in the next day, holiday Monday. Ryan was pleasant and punctual, so even though he did not have much of a holiday my husband and I can’t thank him enough
they were able to make one phone call and get me the part I needed at a fair price, really pleased
