The tables are very dirty, theyre not cleaned well, I posted pictures of them here on Yelp, they should use soap or Lysol to disinfect and clean the tables well, not leaving Grease on their tables.
I’ve also seen many disgusting things they do while they cook, this restaurant is NOT clean, if you get diarrhea after you eat here, then you should go to your doctor and ask for a stool test, then contact the ministry of health to report them.

I love Hakka Chinese and spice and flavour and this place had it all. Not to mention the most adorable order taker / delivery person ever. Our soda was forgotten the first night but brought immediately when we called in the short - and the second night (that's how good it was...ordered TWO nights in a row) she added a soda for free (a second one) AND refused extra tip!!! I am totally going to make this a regular take-away even though it's two cities away. The tom yum soup was SO full of flavour, the Hakka prawns had the exact amount of spice and tang they disappeared in minutes and the deep fried chicken strips with sweet and sour sauce were SO far from ordinary I wish I could reverse engineer the sauce (not everyday sweet and sour - it was flavour, flavour and more flavour).
I ordered a gyros dinner with fries. They put so much sauce on the meat and fries that by the time I got home 10mintues later, the fries and the bread were MUSH.
It was inedible, disgusting, and took away my appetite. I would never order from there again.
This place is like "your local hangout". The food is amazing, although the wait is long at times, once you get your food, the wait is worth the food!

This place is terrible. I work right across the street and run out of options real quick. I have given this restaurant 3 chances, and it's always something. No rice, no potatos, no chicken. Rude staff, undercooked overpriced food. A truly frustrating experience.

in the last year we noticed the quality or method of cooking the chicken go down the tubes
the last visit last week just put us off so much we will not return.
the chicken was way under cooked and when we asked for it to be cooked alittle more we got a very unpleasant

Service is Great! the Price is always Right. Steak Queen used to be the spot but after going to Esquire, i don't think I will go anywhere else! I drive across the city at least once a week for this amazing food. We usually have the chicken dinner or gyros dinner. It depends a bit on who is working as to whether it is exceptional or just very good, but it's always worth the drive. It can get really busy though, and sometimes you'll have to wait a little, but the staff is great and chats it up with you while they work, to pass the time. Your food is always fresh and delicious. I've been coming for years, and I've never been disappointed! One of my favourite restaurants!
