he only works .alone a,65 an hour only if you know him,charges for quotes,Doesnt pull permits till he gets you again, Charges for small talk,and personal appointments,Two days for 4 hrs work,sarnia , basement,,first time home buyers,,,feel used, and we got a deal cause we knew him
