We just completed a significant DIY bathroom renovation and had Oxford Plumbing handle the plumbing work. They showed up when they said they would. Work was done perfectly with absolutely no issues or call backs. They even offered creative ideas on how to save on costs and improve certain aspects of the project. Polite, professional, reasonably priced. We would hire then again without question and happily recommend to others.

Honest

So my power kept going out the other day due regards to a storm that passed over. Following the storm my house was not getting any water (we are on a well). The power has gone out multiple times over the last 5 years we have been there, and the water never stopped working. I call one guy in the area that says “I can’t come till next week, unless you want me to come after hours, then it will be double the service charge” I quickly hung up. I call Oxford Plumbing and get a gentleman on the phone. I explain that my house is not getting any water, and ask if he can come out that morning to fix it. The gentleman does the following. He asks if the water stopped working after the power outage, I say yes. He then asked if any of the taps were turned on during the outage, and i confirmed my young lad turned a tap on. He then walked me threw over the phone how to access the well tank, and then explained where the reset switch was for the pump. Water was restored right away, and that was that. This guy could have milked me for the $100+ service charge to come out and hit the reset switch, but chose to help me over the phone and save me money. I gave them a 4 star review due to them not actually coming and doing any work. The 4 star is a reflection of honesty and integrity that this guy showed, and some contractors don’t have.
