If you open an account for your children/students they like to charge a monthly fee when there free. After talking to them about it they only gave the student 3 months back. They also charged the highest monthly fee they could until we noticed. One of the account specialist said we can get all our money back but the manger wouldn’t let him. Poor poor customer service.
