Friendly, professional when I called to see about pricing for an oil change/filter/top-up (I think tires too) for my Saturn Ion. They have my business because he took the time to talk to me (even though it's not a big ticket price). Was able to get my appointment to fit my schedule, and to think they're right by the New Police Station...so they must have GREAT service!
